Victims of the 'Frank' Typhoon and the capsized MV Princess of the Stars...Posted on 26 June 2008 at 4:50 AM
Only 48 passengers made it alive during the capsize of the MV Princess of the stars during that fateful typhoon 'Frank' that devastated the country. And it left us ripped of shelter, food, and clothing... and 300 lives of Filipino citizens. 70 passengers of the MV Princess were confirmed dead while-- 700 passengers are still missing..
Would there be any hope for those missing? Living within the city of Manila, lights out, and with only a radio runned by batteries ensured us of what is happening. Our country is already suffering as it is. And why the hell should it come to this? Everything happened too suddenly. And it's just so damn tragic.. it gives me the chills.... please.. the least I can ask of everyone is to pray for those who are lost.

:< too much damage.. 2 million people are affected in the provinces, even. and a lot of houses were destroyed... most people who were affected were farmers, fishermen, and common folk..
